We start with how you live, what you want to spend and when you want the home. Then we put together a short list of homes that are genuinely available, go through the plan, the outlook and the full cost with you, and arrange the viewing or the reservation once you have settled on one.

We are a contracted sales and marketing partner offering homes in Ora’s projects, and not the company’s official corporate website. We present what is available as it stands, and we help you choose the home, read the offer, see it and reserve it — without presenting ourselves as the developer.
We work from the offer and the plan currently valid on the home itself, and we explain what widens the price from one home to the next: the type, the phase and where it sits in the project. If a home you have asked for by name is not genuinely available, we tell you and suggest the closest alternative.

Before you ask us for an offer
What should I send the adviser?
The area, the type of home, the number of bedrooms, your total budget, the down payment that works for you and when you want to use it. The clearer that picture, the shorter and closer to the mark your shortlist will be.
Are prices final?
The price you contract on is the one written into the offer valid on the day you reserve. Prices move with each release, so we confirm today’s figure on the home you choose before any payment.
Can I compare a developer offer with resale?
Yes, and we keep the two routes apart in the comparison: what has been paid, what is left, assignment fees, maintenance and the handover date for each one.
Can you arrange a viewing?
We arrange viewings of the projects and of delivered homes, and for phases still under construction we go through the plan and exactly where your home sits within it.
