Parsley sits inside ZED East in New Cairo and benefits from a plan that gathers the residential neighbourhoods around the sports club, the open space and the services. How we read the floor plan before you reserve
We read a Parsley plan from the front door to the balcony: the privacy of the reception, where the dining sits, how long the corridors are, the bedroom dimensions and how the balcony meets the living space. Then we add the sun orientation and the distance to the building opposite before deciding.
In the larger homes we ask whether the extra area became rooms and reception you will use, or corridors and corners that are hard to furnish. In the compact plans we test the storage and working from home without the rest of the apartment suffering.

The price, and the eight-year plan
Parsley apartments start at around EGP 10 million. The plan opens with 5% down and spreads the balance across a term that can reach eight years. Size, floor and orientation set the final price in the reservation offer, and we confirm it for you on a specific home.
A smaller apartment on a better facade can serve you, both living in it and reselling it, better than extra space the household never uses. We use price per square metre as a supporting tool and put plan quality, outlook and handover alongside it.
An eight-year plan is read through the dates and the value of each instalment, not the length of the term alone. We set out any annual or handover-linked payments and the maintenance before you pay a reservation deposit.

From the start of construction to the handover date
Work at Parsley began on 24 April 2024 and completion is expected on 31 March 2027. We go through the date for your own home in the reservation offer and the contract, since buildings and releases can carry different schedules inside the same phase.
A nearer date lets you tie the instalments to a real move. We also set out when the finishing inspection happens, how any snags get put right and how the utilities are connected, so the planning does not stop on handover day.
