What sets ZED and Solana West apart
Ora has two very different west Cairo projects: 165-feddan ZED El Sheikh Zayed around a central park and a retail quarter, and 316-feddan Solana West with private houses and apartments in New Zayed. We start with the life you want; the budget comes after that.
ZED suits someone who likes to come down from their home into a park, restaurants, offices and clinics, and who values the finished city of El Sheikh Zayed around them. Homes run from studio to penthouse, and there are both ready homes and ones on developer payment plans.
Solana West is for a buyer who wants more space around the house and a garden of their own. The Solos has townhouses and villas on a nearer handover date, while Layers of Green opens the project up to apartments and a lighter starting budget.
Location makes a real difference: ZED sits inside a city that already works, while Solana is in an extension still taking shape, helped by Dabaa Road and Sphinx Airport. If you need schools and daily services around you now, ZED is closer to that; if you are buying for a longer run and more privacy, Solana is. We will measure the drive from both to your office and your children’s school.
We compare the total you will pay, not the opening figure alone. A studio at ZED is one thing and a house at Solana is another, and a ten-year plan can begin with a different down payment. So we line up the type of home, its size and its date before we talk price.
